1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using the facilities of Luxury Hotel Resort UK ("the Resort"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must exit this website immediately.

2. The Resort

Luxury Hotel Resort UK is operated by LHR Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Blenheim Estate Road, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, OX20 1PW. The Resort holds a valid operating licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission.

3. Age Restriction

The minimum age for entry to the Resort, including all entertainment facilities, bars and restaurants, is 18 years. Valid photographic government-issued ID (passport, driving licence) will be required at entry. The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide satisfactory age verification.

4. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable or impair its operation. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the website at our sole discretion.

5. Accommodation

All accommodation reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Resort. Check-in requires valid photo ID. The minimum age for room occupancy is 18 years. Cancellation policies vary by rate type and will be communicated at time of booking. The Resort is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Entertainment Facilities

The entertainment facilities are operated under strict licensing conditions. All visitors must comply with the Resort's house rules, posted on site. The Resort operates a Think 25 policy — guests who appear to be under 25 will be asked to provide age verification. The Resort reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises without explanation.

7. Dining and Bars

Reservations are recommended and subject to availability. The Resort operates a strict dress code. The service of alcohol is subject to UK licensing laws and our Challenge 25 policy. We reserve the right to refuse service at our absolute discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of LHR Holdings Ltd and is protected by UK copyright law. Reproduction without express written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Hotel Resort UK shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of this website or the Resort's facilities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of services directly paid for.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the website or Resort facilities after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
