All entertainment activities are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under Licence No. 000-045892-R-325171-001. Our team receives regular training to identify and support any guest who may require assistance.

How We Protect Our Guests

Strict Age Verification

We operate a Think 25 policy. Every guest who appears to be under 25 will be asked to produce valid government-issued photo ID. Entry is refused to anyone who cannot verify their age.

Time Awareness

Clocks are displayed throughout our entertainment floor. We encourage all guests to set personal time limits before they begin. Our concierge team can assist with scheduling.

Self-Exclusion

Guests who wish to exclude themselves from our entertainment facilities can do so by speaking to our Gaming Manager. The UK's national self-exclusion scheme GAMSTOP is also available.

Staff Training

All entertainment floor staff hold GamCare certification and are trained to identify signs of problem behaviour and to offer assistance sensitively and confidentially.

Limits & Controls

Personal spend limits can be established with our Gaming Manager on arrival. We will always respect a guest's request to limit their activity or to take a break from the floor.
